Well, after much hufiing and puffing, I have a copy on my desk of the latest Multiday Running magazine. This is the much delayed May/June2005 issuue... Don't hold your breath. Anyway I will be posting it out to those to whom it has been promised and for those kind souls who have actually sent some cash.

This is the Global Edition as it's too much to make three versions at this time. I have material for the January 2006 magazine which will cover the period from May/June to January 1st and will include the Across The Years race.

Of course, I am also collecting submissions for the May/June 2006 issue which will be out before June 10th, God willing, and if you can remember what happened to you in your last great or not so great race then please send me a note, especially the 24 hour runners who ran in Taiwan. There hasn't been much talk about the race up to now.

The Iditarod Invitational Race is also under way at this time. New York runner Alicja Barahona sent a note to Larry Katz at New York Ultra Running and read it on the Blog

The Yukon Arctic Ultra is well under way. Of the 34 starters in the 320 mile race, 24 remain as I write. The site has the results of the marathon and the 100 miler as well as standings of the big race and updates.

A few people have returned their responses to the orange box request and have provided valuable information on how to design a good questionaire... not what I had expected of course and I would ask all the other people who downloaded it to surprise me further by sending a response back even if you only answered a few questions or wanted to write something else entirely... that's fine.

Also I would like to conduct some short interviews over the phone or elsewhere with 24 hour and multiday runners. Please send your name to: abichal@multidays.com

Did you run in the 2005 Across The Years event? Or another 24 hour event? Perhaps you would like to share a little of your experience for an article in the Jan/Feb issue of Multiday Running magazine. Download the 24 hour questionaire (Word doc.) or (pdf)

It seems that some people had trouble arriving at the blog when clicking the link below. Sorry about that but it seems to work for me.
