How has everyone been???
Just wanted to let you know that Bruce Johnson has completed his
run across

I'm enjoying some longer runs every now and then including a 1st
place age
division finish in a half marathon a couple weeks back. A commendable
six
hour 50K (31.1 miles) was also completed exactly one month ago.
Looking
forward to my part (8.5 grueling miles) as part of a 100 mile relay
team in
British Columbia, Canada in two weeks.
