Training Strategies
Running multiday races is within the capacity of far more people than who actually think can run a race. It takes a little training over an extended period and they also take some getting used to. The body needs to be acclimatised to these stresses and also the mind needs a little encouragement.
So the best way to go about getting ready for a multiday is by developing a plan or strategy that will build in those elements that will provide you with a good chance of making progress.
