Rio Del Lago 100 Mile Endurance Run changed management in 2010 and now also has 100K & 50K options.
Contents
Course Description
Out & back for 67 miles(running East) along the American River Equstrian Trails, return to the school, then run out back for 33 miles (running West), before returning to the finish line at the school. Fifty three miles will be run on the Sierra Nevada Run course. Beautifal new sections of trail in the Auburn, Cool, and Granite Bay areas will be used for the 2003 race. Elevation change- 18,000 feet(est.)- 98 % well groomed trails and dirt roads.
